Juliana Furgala, an Oak Park High School senior, enjoys reading books and writing short stories in her spare time. She also has cultivated a love for drawing and for language. Juliana is currently the president of Assisteens, a teenager volunteering group, and loves to give back to her community. Next year, Juliana will be attending Tufts University, where she desires to major in Chinese Studies and International Relations. It is her hope that one day she can spread her love of language and culture to others on a wide scale.
