OPHS celebrates Lunar New Year
Oak Park High School celebrated Lunar New Year on Friday, Jan. 20 at the Great Lawn, where staff and volunteers set up activities for students to participate in. At different tables, there were areas where students could grab food, try traditional tea and participate in arts and crafts projects. Students gathered around to enjoy the celebration and immerse themselves in the culture and events of the Lunar New Year. Student volunteers performed the traditional dragon dance around the Great Lawn to conclude the festivities.
