Sam Rinkov is a junior at Oak Park High School. He has lived in Oak Park for most of his life with his mom, dad, older sister and younger brother. He enjoys watching and playing all types of sports and hanging out with friends and family. He is currently on his high school’s basketball team, and in the spring he runs on the track & field team. A few interesting facts about Sam include solving a Rubik’s cube in under a minute, owning a turtle named Phil and being allergic to over 20 kinds of foods. Journalism has always been one of his passions. He enjoys watching Eyewitness News 7, ESPN/Sports Center and reality TV.
