Spring Rally 2022 – Behind the Scenes
On Friday, March 18, Oak Park High School students celebrated their second-to-last rally. Seniors rocked the black-out look while other grades wore their class colors.
Filled with colors and various games, OPHS rallies are always a fun way to connect. The games included in this rally were like no other; the first game was teacher vs. student dodgeball, which got the stands riled up for the rest of the period. The next two games were a basketball throwing competition and a speedy race to collect the most balls in one helmet.
ASB set up for the rally during the third period, while students were still in class. Posters were made and taped up near the bleachers for all students to view and admire. ASB put on an amazing show with music, songs, and jokes.
“This rally was really fun and everybody had so much energy!” Sophomore Ava Dermott said.
